Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Project Advances & Setup Deposits

An advance deposit is required to reserve your project slot and initiate kickoff work (including initial site architecture, design explorations, and server provisioning).

• Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you request cancellation in writing before any design, development, or setup work has commenced, a 90% refund of the advance will be issued (10% retained for administrative/processing costs).
• Cancellation After Work Begins: Once design discovery, wireframing, or development work has commenced, the advance deposit is non-refundable.

2. Milestone Cancellations & Work in Progress

For multi-stage projects (e.g. 40% / 30% / 30% or 50% / 50% milestone engagements):

• Payments made for completed and approved project milestones are non-refundable.
• If you cancel mid-project, work completed up to the date of cancellation notice will be billed. Unearned portions of future milestone payments will not be charged.

3. Monthly Digital Care & Retainer Plans

For ongoing monthly maintenance, WhatsApp workflows, and digital support services:

• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time by providing 7 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing cycles already underway.

4. Non-Refundable Third-Party Expenses

Costs incurred with third-party vendors on your behalf are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once purchased:

• Domain name registrations and transfers
• Web hosting server allocations
• Premium software licenses, theme files, or paid plugins
• Stock photography, font licenses, or media assets
• Third-party ad media spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

5. Project Revisions vs. Refund Requests

Design preferences and minor feedback should be addressed through the standard revision process included in your proposal. Revisions allow us to refine styling to your satisfaction. A refund request cannot be submitted in place of exercising project revision rounds.

6. Requesting a Cancellation or Refund
